08-09-2026 EOTAS Consultation Group Discussion
The Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) Send Reforms discussion group will take place online on Tuesday 8th September at 8 pm.
This will be an opportunity to discuss views on how to support children whose EHC plans detail that they should be educated outside school or college setting.
We will discuss the proposals on this area which are currently being consulted on (the consultation closes 18th September), how you can respond directly if you wish to do so, and gather your views to feed into the Our Voice response.
We will also recap the SEND Reforms so far and other areas that are being considered in relation to SEND and funding.

The Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) SEND Reforms discussion group will take place online on Thursday 10th September at 12pm.
This will be an opportunity to discuss views on how to support children whose EHC plans detail that they should be educated outside a school or college setting.
We will discuss the proposals on this area, which are currently being consulted on (the consultation closes 18th September), how you can respond directly if you wish to do so, and gather your views to feed into the Our Voice response.

This drop-in coffee afternoon session will be from 12.30 - 2 pm on Monday 21st September.
This is one of our regular drop-in sessions, which take place in the Clement Medford Room (1st Floor) at the Ponders End Youth and Family Hub, 129, South Street, Enfield, EN3 4PX. See our Family Hub Flyer for more information.
No need to book – just drop in for this informal session over a cup of tea/coffee.

Some people have reported problems with getting to the hub using SatNav. It is best to look out for the Oasis Academy School, which is opposite the hub. You may find that once parked, you are by the side entrance of the hub – you will probably need to go to the South Street entrance to get admittance to the building – please walk around the building until you get to the front.
These events are aimed at parents and carers rather than children. If you do need to bring children with you, please note that you will be responsible for supervising your children throughout the session – we do not provide childcare or activities for children during these sessions.
