05-06-2026 Laughter, yoga and happiness workshop at the Craig Park Family Hub

This Laughter, Yoga and Happiness Workshop will be from 10 am to 11.30 am on Friday 5th June.  with 

In this workshop we will be joined by Happiness Coach and Wellbeing expert, Lina Spyrou, The Laughing Goddess, from Happy Healthy Wellbeing. 

Lina says: 'Come laugh your way to health and happiness with Laughter Yoga! Laughter is the best medicine! It boosts your body’s feel good endorphins, helps strengthen the immune system and is a great stress reliever. Laughter Yoga is a wonderful combination of uplifting, playful laughter exercises, deep breathing, stretching and relaxation. 

This is a free session.

You don’t need to bring anything with you.

Refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) will be provided as usual.

This is one of our regular monthly drop-in coffee morningswhich take place at the Craig Park Family Hub at 2, Lawrence Road, Edmonton, N18 2HN.  

Members of the Our Voice team will also be on hand to listen to your questions and issues and point you in the right direction to resolve the issues you are facing. Or you can just take the opportunity to offload a bit and have a chat with other parents who experience some of the same challenges as you, over a cup of tea or coffee.

The Craig Park Youth and Family hub is located at 2, Lawrence Road, Edmonton, N18 2HN. The telephone number is 0208379 2002. You can access a map here.

There is a limited amount of car parking at the hub. Parking is available in the streets nearby (but please check for restrictions first) or at Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, which is a 13-minute walk away (charges apply).

The nearest train station is Silver Street on the Weaver Line which is a 12-minute walk.

The nearest bus routes are 102, 144 and 491, which stop at Angel Corner, Fore Street (7-minute walk away).

These events are aimed at parents and carers rather than children. If you do need to bring children with you, please note that you will be responsible for supervising your children throughout the session – we do not provide childcare or activities for children during these sessions.
